Sispánov served as Ballistic Calculator and Constructor of gun sights, in the Fortress of Sebastopol. He is a Member of the Society of Astronomers of Leningrad Russian Mathematical Society of Prague Sociedad Matematica Española de Madrid Sociedad Matematica Argentina de Buenos Aires, etc. In 1926 he was placed under contract by the Paraguayan Government to serve as Professor of Superior Mathematics and of Rational Mechanics in the newly formed Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. In 1921 he was in Czechoslovakia, and served sucessively as Assistant an Dozent in the course on differential equations in Theoretical Physics of the Polytechnic School of Prague and as Professor in other Schools of Higher Education. Dr Sispánov began his carrer in 1913 as Instructor in a Secondary School in Petrograd, and later in Sebastopol, Russia. 13, 1913, he married Catalina Borisova five children- Zoya, Nicolay, Nina, Maria and Anna.
